Little Weekend Update

So we have mostly just had a relaxing weekend at home, but its been pretty fun too. Friday night we went to the Rigby boy's basketball District Championships! I wasn't realized suprised that it was insanely packed since Rigby played Madison [our biggest rival]. It was really fun, except.. halfway through the first quarter I tried to stand up and realized I had sat in something way sticky and I couldn't move haha. And since there were people right behind me I was too embarrassed to stand up and see what it was.. so I just stayed where I was at. It kinda ruined the game though since I imagined the worst possible things I could be sitting in for the rest of the game haha. But don't worry it was actually only some spilt pop.

After the game, Anthany's best friend Bo and his brother Ty came to our house to hang out. I was upstairs watching a movie when I realized they were being way quiet so I went to find what they were doing. Here is what I found:


They weren't wearing jackets cause they were cold, it was padding for their little dodgeball match haha




One time, these boys were in the pool room running in circles and clapping their hands and screaming cause they liked how it echoed haha


So this is the pool room at my grandma's house.. but unfortunately it doesn't have water in it anymore. Anyways, the boys were taking turns swinging on the rope swing haha. But when they weren't swinging, they were throwing the balls at each other as hard as they could. It cracks me up how easily they are entertained. We also did a midnight run to Denny's that night. But a Shiloh Inn dance party had just ended so the crowd there was pretty sketchy.

Today, I watched Anthany play Xbox most of the morning which was realllllly exciting haha. Then my big sister Bri came over! We made a deal with her that if she made us dinner then she could do laundry at our house! So she made us some delicious chicken stir fry and even helped clean it up. What a gem :] That's pretty much been our weekend. We are excited about going to our new ward as a married couple tomorrow!



Bri couldn't stop saying how "pretty" this was haha But I agree :]



Family bonding :] [having those blinds behind us open at night freaks me out so they are usually shut]

 Well that's all I have for tonight! I am way excited for monday though. I have my first interview for a cosmetologist position! Fingers crossed that it goes great!

Catching up with the McCabes

I decided I should make a blog so anyone that wants to can keep up with how Anthany and I are doing! We have only been married 12 whole days, but it's been great. We are currently living in my grandparents house by the Menan Buttes. They are serving a mission in the Phillipines so it's been great for us having a place of our own to stay. In August, we get to make our big move to Boise for Anthany to attend Boise State University.

So there is a little update! Married life definitely isn't easy but we are still loving every second. Everyday we learn more flaws about each other. But mostly, we learn more things to love about each other and that makes overlooking the flaws so easy. Now I'm gonna go do the grocery shopping I have been putting off for the last week now! :]
