Chaotic Update

I have really been slacking on blogging again.. But we have been so busy! Work has been keeping me so busy which I love.. but when I'm not working I'm squeezing in ever second with Anthany that I can. So now I'm dedicating my day off work to catch up the blog really quick while he is working :] It's been such a fun couple of weeks.. sorry for adding so many pictures.. but they are all so fun. You should also know, it took me over an hour to figure out how to get the pictures from my phone to here.. so that sucked.
First thing, we went to the Boise Temple open house! Anthany's Grandma Arlene, Mom, and Nick came to go to it with us. It was so beautiful. I was also amazed at how they got the thousands of us through so quickly and smoothly. If you get the chance, you should go. I'm going again today with a friend from work :] haha
We got to go home to Rigby last weekend! I got three days off work, so we decided to keep one of the few traditions we have and head to the cabin to celebrate Halloween! We couldn't go exactly on Halloween since it was in the middle of the week.. so we celebrated a few days early :] I think we are doing better with car rides.. we both usually get really stressed and grumpy but we held it together this time haha
I carved pumpkins with Anthany's family.. Anthany was being a stinker and wanted to go play with friends so he didn't participate.. But they turned out pretty great! I was so proud of my witch :]
Notice my talented sister-in-law Kayla's pumpkin in the middle? Yeah.. she made us look like amateurs.
Anthany loves playing with their cute puppy. But we have both agreed we will never have indoor pets. Too many messes!
Anthany carved his pumpkin the next morning. I thought his Angry Bird pumpkin was pretty fantastic!

Then it was time to go to the cabin! We got there late friday night. I was so glad Brittanee got to come with us! I was definitely in need of time with my best friend!

We wanted to go play in the snow, but we didn't bring snow clothes. So we went through the closet and threw some clothes together. My Russian hat kills me. I can't help but laugh everytime I see these pictures. I swear I did not purchase this thing :] hahaha

I wish I had a better picture! All the "good" hats got taken so Anthany was wearing a fishing hat. The ones with the rims that flip up? It was so funny!
We buried Bo and Zack in the snow. After this picture, Anthany started using a wheelbarrow to pack snow onto them. Sometimes I can't even believe how grown up and mature we all are :] haha But I think snow brings out the kid in everyone.
We got some Big Juds in Ashton. Anthany is going through this weird ice cream phase.. he craves it ALL the time. So we eat alot of ice cream around here.
So sad to go back to the real world and leave the cabin!

Brittanee loves photography. So I was thrilled when she said she would take some pictures of us. Going to the cabin was special because we got engaged there a year ago! So the photo shoot is kind of sentimental :] Anyway, she did a fantastic job. All the pictures are on Facebook so I won't put them all here too!
So that was our Rigby trip! We had a blast. I was so sad to leave. But I love Boise too.
Anthany's favorite video game, Assassin's Creed, just released a new game. I didn't want him to have to go by himself, so I went to the midnight release with him. I definitely did not fit in with the gaming crowd there but it was so fun with Anthany. I just love him! I'm so lucky.
I ordered a new scentsy pot!! Isn't it cute?? I love it. Plus my house smells amazing! It's so fun that my manager is a scentsy consultant. But it will be hard to not buy every single thing in the magazine!
Dressing up for Halloween was mandatory at work. Anybody that knows me well knows that I hate Halloween and I hate dressing up. So I took the easy route and threw on some of Anthany's clothes and my gangster necklace I got in a vending machine in 9th grade, and I called that good! However, I think alot of people were wondering is this girl dressed up or does she always dress like a wannabe skater?
Sorry this picture is SUCH crappy quality. But we celebrate Halloween by going out to eat at Carino's. Since we both hate scary movies, we just found a movie that had a bit of a scary tone and called that good. Our Halloween was low-key but fun. So I loved it.
I don't know what my deal is lately. I'm so emotional. And I can promise it's NOT because I'm pregnant haha I think I'm just exhausted. So I'm so grateful Anthany has been patient with me. I think he could tell from my texts that day that I was feeling down. So when I got home, he was hanging up my curtains for me! We bought them a long time ago, but just haven't had time to get them up. It meant alot he made time in his busy schedule for something so small :]
And to top that off, he made me cookies and got me some milk to eat while he did it. I won't brag anymore.. cause I think the pictures say it all :]
I love my pretty curtains! They look great and the living room just looks so much more homey.
So there is a huge update! I hope it wasn't too boring. I probably could have added in more stories cause I have so many funny ones.. but this will work :] That's what we have been up to! I haven't been to a BSU game since the last time I posted an update, but the schedule worked out that I get to go to the game tomorrow!! So I'm really excited for that. I'm gonna go enjoy the rest of my day off! I hope everyone is doing well!

Love My Birthday Boy!

I'm excited to blog! It's been a fun week. We went to the BYU vs BSU football game and it was a blast. It was kind of hard for me to keep up with what was going on without the instant replays and announcers explaining everything. But going to my first college football game was super fun. We won with an impressive score of 7 to 6. Woo.
Officially a Bronco fan with my new sticker :]
I think he is cute :] He loved his potato hat. And if it looks like he is wearing some kind of blush, it's because a kid put orange window paint on Anthany's cheeks.. but it didn't really show up.
So the Boise state game was awesome, such a fun date night. Anthany's birthday was on September 25th. I decided back in June that I really wanted to get Anthany a new Xbox for his birthday. His Xbox was like five years old and wasn't reading disks anymore and was just the worst. So I saved my tips for three and a half months and finally had enough! Right at midnight on Anthany's birthday, I brought him out a card with $25 in it for him to buy The Avengers movie. I apologized that I couldn't do more for him. Then we went to bed. Anthany worked and had school while I was at work. I was going absolutely crazy at work with excitement. I seriously could NOT wait to give him his Xbox. We both were finally home and about to head to dinner. I could tell Anthany was stressed and he said it didn't really feel like his birthday.. so I decided it was time to bring out the big guns haha. I went and grabbed the carefully hid Xbox from the closet and told Anthany, "I have something else for you." He was like "Whatt??"
I love this picture! This was right after he ripped it open, realized what it was, and looked up at me in shock. One of the best moments of my life. He ran to me and hugged me super tight and couldn't stop grinning the rest of the night. I'm so glad he was as thrilled about it as I was. But it was definitely the hardest secret I've ever had to keep!
We went to Cracker Barrell for dinner.. and Anthany got free dessert. mmmm.
Birthday boy with his presents!
We ran out of time to do his cake on his birthday.. So we got to do that part the next day. Nothing beats Funfetti birthday cake!
My favorite part about this picture, is right after he looks up at me and says "I forgot to make a wish!" I told him "Better make one quick!" haha
I've been working at Fantastic Sams for almost two weeks now and it's going amazing! I'm busy doing hair all day long, my hours are good, my manager is amazing, and I love all my coworkers! They are all such cool girls and I'm becoming good friends with them already. I really wish I would have decided to change sooner.. I love it so much! We are going to Utah this weekend for Anthany's cousin's wedding so it's going to be so much fun to be with family! Another exciting thing, Anthany and I both finally got iPhones last week!!! We are so excited! I video chatted with my family the other day, it was amazing! So life is going great lately!

Best Friend Weekend

This past week has been insane. Tons of stuff has been going on [at least it feels like that] so I definitely need to update! So my last blog post I explained about quitting my job which has actually turned out to be such a GOOD decision. But I will get to that in a bit. But it was so perfect that I had last weekend off of work so that I could spend plenty of time with Brittanee, Bo, And Ty when they came to stay with us! Bo and Ty were making a trip down to Boise and Anthany and I were stoked to spend time with them. I told Brittanee they were coming and pretty much begged her to come with. However, the day of, she told me she was too busy and she couldn't come. At that point, my emotional self was not the nicest friend cause I was disappointed she wasn't coming. Oops :] Love you Britt! haha When I was texting Britt later that night, she told me that she was bored at home. And I thought to myself, If Brittanee is bored at home why isn't she on facebook and pinterest? [I know my best friend too well.] I told Anthany maybe she was coming and just going to surprise me. He told me not to get my hopes up. Then Bo and Ty showed up and I was way excited but bummed Brittanee really wasn't with them. Then we were sitting around talking and Bo says "I think I can hear someone knocking." I didn't think so but I hurried outside hoping Britt was here.. but nobody was there. But then a minute later Brittanee did show up! Turns out she was confused and knocking on the neighbors upstair's door instead :] haha I was so excited!!

That night, we went to Maverick and they gave us FREE ice creams.. apparently thats something they do every friday night from 9 to 10. Saturday, the boys went to the Boise State football game, so me and Brittanee spent some girl time shopping and playing our favorite Wii game, Disney Universe. We spent lots of time by the pool swimming and getting some sun. We ate out way more than we should have. It was perfect. Me and Brittanee were both definitely in need of some best friend girl time. Another thing we were in need of?....

Why yes... that is two grown woman in footy pajamas. They just take comfort to the next level :] I was super sad when they all had to leave. It was so much fun having them here. And we finally got to put our guest room to good use. Yay! After they left, Anthany bought me some Mountain Dew and we rented a chick flick to cheer me up. Goodbyes are rough for me haha

I wish I had the pictures we took on Anthany's webcam.. SO FUNNY.
Monday morning, I went to go pick up all my stuff at Boise Hair Company. It was kind of awkward so I just went in and got out as fast as I could. Then, I had my job interview at Fantastic Sam's. It went really well and she told me she wanted to hire me! I was so excited. My first day was crazy. As soon as I walked in [before I had even set up my stuff] they told me they had a person waiting for me to give them a perm. So I jumped right in and was busy all day with haircut after haircut. I LOOVED it. The people I work with are amazing. I'm absolutely loving it. It's so much fun and it's so good to be busy and not be sitting around. This is a much better fit for me and I'm so glad I made the change. But because of my new dress code, I'm definitely going to need to buy more black and white clothes.

Tonight, Anthany and I are going to the BSU vs BYU football game! I've never been to a college game, so I'm really excited! It should be an awesome game to watch. I'm just not looking forward to going and standing in line for hours for a good seat.. I'm sure it will be worth it!
